The egg box production line is made up of several working systems: pulping system, forming system, drying system, collection system.
Working system contains many components and equipment, like hydra-pulper, vibration screen, sewage pump, refiner, air compressor, egg box forming machine, vacuum pump, egg box dryer, burner, stacker, etc.
Thereinto, the egg box forming machine and egg box dryer are main parts of egg box production line, all the casting of these two parts are precision machined, and all parts contact with water are 304#stainless steel material, which can increase the equipment durability.
