Features of medium-sized shelves　　

1,The shelf column(upright rack forming machine) is made of cold-rolled steel plate rolled by a special cold-forming machine, the front of the column(upright rack forming machine) is punched with double rows of holes, the holes are arranged at a distance of 75mm along a straight line, the column holes are used for hanging the crossbeam; the two columns are opposite to each other, and the two columns are assembled into the column piece of the shelf with diagonal and horizontal braces in the middle.　　

2,The crossbeam of the shelf is made of "P" type pipe, commonly known as "ladder beam"(step beam roll forming machine), and the height of the ladder matches the height of the laminate.　　

3,The steel shelves(shelf panel roll forming machine) are made of cold rolled steel sheets bent on all sides according to the required size.　　

4,The beams(step beam roll forming machine or box beam roll forming machine) are assembled into a frame by hanging with the column pieces, after which the steel laminate is laid, so that a complete set of medium-sized shelves is formed.　　

5,After all the parts of the shelves are processed and shaped, they are assembled into finished products after grinding, pickling, phosphating, automatic powder electrostatic spraying, drying and other processes. The finished shelves are produced with a clean and beautiful surface.　　

6,After the shelves are put into use, if the height of the goods is adjusted and the existing shelf height cannot meet the storage demand, the crossbeam can be pulled out of the column hole and the height of the crossbeam can be adjusted according to the height demand, the upper and lower can be installed with 75mm pitch arbitrary adjustment, and then the crossbeam can be stuck into the column hole.

The roll forming machine can produce columns, beams, diagonal braces and shelf boards in the complete shelving system.
