The reasonable combination of the above three layers of materials allows the 3pe spiral steel pipe to almost completely overcome the shortcomings of ordinary steel pipes.

Two-layer adhesive (AD) 170～250um
Three layers of polyethylene (PE) 2.5～3.7mm
Things to note when using spiral steel pipes
Before using 3pe spiral steel pipe, a series of preliminary preparations need to be done. First of all, the surface of the steel pipe must be pre-treated to clean it and ensure that it is free of oil, dust and other impurities. Afterwards, primer treatment is required to apply primer to increase the corrosion resistance of the steel pipe. Finally, mid-coating and top-coating are performed to form the entire 3pe anti-corrosion layer, making the steel pipe have better corrosion resistance.
