Diesel Drum Concrete Mixer Aggregate Mixing Machine With Wheels
Introduction:
JZC concrete mixer belongs to the self-falling double cone reversal discharge mobile concrete mixer, which can mix plastic and semi-dry concrete. The mixing drum rotates forward for mixing and reverses for discharge. Each tank can mix 300 to 750 liters of concrete (referring to the volume of concrete after tamping), and can produce 8 to 75 cubic meters per hour. Suitable for general construction sites, roads, bridge projects and small and medium-sized concrete component factories. During fixed mixing, a pit can be dug to make the hopper mouth flush with the ground and convenient for feeding.
This series of mixers includes five main models: JZC300 350, 400, 450, 500 and 750, among which JZC750 is a fixed type. In addition to being used as a single unit, it can be combined with a batching unit to synthesize a simple mixing station.
Precautions for the operation of concrete mixer:
1. The concrete mixer should be installed on a flat and solid place with a stable support pad. The operating table should be padded with plastic boards or dry wooden boards.
2. Before starting, check the machinery, safety guards and drums to confirm that the equipment is safe and that there are no tools or debris in the drum.
3. During the feeding process, it is strictly forbidden to put your head or hand between the hopper and the frame to inspect or touch.
4. It is strictly forbidden to work under the hopper when it is raised. Measures must be taken to secure the hopper before cleaning the pit.
5. Do not put your hands or tools into the mixer during the operation of the machine.
6. The operator should concentrate and not leave the post at will during the operation. When the concrete mixer fails, the power supply should be cut off immediately.
7. Before entering the mixing drum for maintenance and cleaning, the operator must cut off the power supply, remove the fuse and lock the power supply box, and assign a special person to monitor it.
8. The hopper should be dropped to the hopper pit after operation. The hopper must be secured when it is raised.
