Fully automatic up and down hot shrinkable film packing machine is new fully automatic hot shrinkable film packing machine. It is a high level of automatic specialization and high working efficiency. With a vertical opening of sealing blade, it ensures sealing edge more stable and beautiful. For package of product whose height is more than 80mm, its sealing effect will be better with straight sealing edge. Adopt level and vertical photoelectric eye, can switch easily. It is fast to do packing for thin and small products. Very easy to finish packing. Adopt most advanced PLC programming, easy operating ,which have safety protection and alarm function. Workable with variable shape of product in single or combined package, especially suitable for long strip products.
Multiple photoelectric protection detection function, more safe and efficient to use. International famous electrical components, green cutting process, so that the seal straight and neat. The advanced Japanese Mitsubishi PLC programmable controller is easy to operate and has the function of safety protection and alarm. Omni-directional safety protection measures (such as sealing and cutting parts with Plexiglas protective cover, etc.), put an end to man-machine injury accidents. Automatic feeding, length can also be automatically adjusted by the combination of electric eye and timer. Equipped with induction motor, automatic waste winding. The sealing line can be easily adjusted in the middle of the product. Suitable for packaging different shapes of products, single or combination packaging.
