Two-component addition type silicone rubber Silicone Rubber is a two-part, platinum-catalyzed, liquid silicone system that cures (RTV) to a flexible rubber. The polymerization can be accelerated by heat. The silicone components are delivered as liquids, which once mixed and cured transform into a transparent, elastic and resistant material. Polymerization occurs without formation of heat.

Applications
Liquid platinum cure silicone rubber for soft fake pregnant belly has 2 main applications:
First: making many kinds of molds:
Making molds for:
Low melt metals (mold life can be short), Cement, Concert,concrete stones, wax molds, PU molds, resin molds, gypsum casting, candle molding, chocolate , candy and any other food product mold making, prototyping etc.
Making molds for food grade products: chocolate molds, cake molds, sugar molds,ect.
Making molds for life casting: real hand molds, real feet molds,ect.
Second: make silicone products, like silicone insoles, silicone gel, ect. and prosthetics arms, prosthetics hands, prosthetics foot, prosthetics legs, ect. and making molds for candle and soap, ect.

Processing and Instructions of Addition Cure Silicones
Apply a release agent, Although not usually necessary, a release agent will make demolding easier when casting into most surfaces.
Storage and shelf life
MC Silicone MCPLA -L Series should be used within 12 months from the manufacturing date. Beyond this date, MC silicone no longer guarantees the products confirms with the sales Specification. In order to preserve best properties it is recommended to follow strictly the following guild lines:
Store the original packing tightly sealed and at a temperature below 30 degree Celsius.
Use the product as soon as the packaging has been opened.
