Drive Chucks
One piece construction – all of our drive chucks are machined from a single block of heat-treated 4140 alloy, not welded like many of our competitor's products.
Sub-Savers
All subs are precision machined of 4140 alloy, quench and temper hardened. Designed for prolonging life of Drive Chucks on Directional Drills. Custom Subs can be built upon request.
For all Vermeer HDD Rigs and common pipe diameters, our compatible sub savers are machined to exacting standards and composed of high strength alloy steel.
In the context of a drill string, a saver sub is a threaded coupling under the kelly to which the joints of drill sting are made up. It can reduce wear on the kelly threads. This type of trenchless equipment adopts high quality structural alloy steel that is heat-treated for maximum durability. As a professional manufacturer and supplier of trenchless tools in China, sinocoredrill is able to supply customized sizes of saver subs according to customers’ horizontal directional drilling requirements
