316 L Stainless Steel Multi Layer Wire Mesh Filter Tube With Sintering Tech
The sintered metal wire mesh filter panels may be formed into filter elements such as filter discs, filter cartridge, filter laminate, and filter tube. Sintered wire mesh filter elements are made by moulds through high temperature sintering process forming different shape filters such as filter baskets and cone-shape filter, cup filters, cap filters, and filter plate.
Sintered wire mesh filter disc, available in round, oval, annulus shapes and in split and integral type, can work well in -200°c to 600°c for drying and filtering, filter rate 2-300 microns.
Sintered mesh laminates with the ability to maintain a steady filter rating under high pressure, are easy to clean with a variety of filter cleaning techniques and reuse. It is widely used in water treatment, liquid and gas filtration industry.
Sintered mesh filter cartridges from stainless steel wire cloth with filter rating 1-250 micron for pharmaceuticals, fluidized beds, liquid and gas filtration.
Features of sintered wire mesh filter
1. Our product has a wide range of filtration rating, ranging from 1 micron to 100 microns. 2. The filter layer is placed between two protective layers, and its mesh is not likely to change its shape. Thus, the filtration rating is very steady. 3. The fourth and fifth layers have good supporting effect, so our product possesses high mechanical strength as well as good resistance to pressure. 4. The filtration method is surface filtration, so, our product is very easy to clean, and is especially suitable for backwashing. 5. This wire mesh won't be destroyed even the temperature reaches up to 480℃. Meanwhile, it is made of SUS316L which makes it resistant to corrosion. 6. It shows good tractability, and it is suitable for cutting, bending, punching, stretching, welding and other treatments.
