IEC 60669-1 Clause 18.3 Tungsten/Halogen Lamp Load Cabinet For Plug And Socket Testing
Product Information:
This halogen lamp load cabinet meets the requirements of IEC60669-1:2017 Clause 18.3, UL1054, UL943, etc.
This device is used for household and similar purpose fixed electrical appliance switch, plug and socket, coupler for on-off ability, breaking capacity and normal operation life test. The purpose is to assess whether the accessory can withstand the current surge and electrical fatigue damage that occur in normal use, as well as whether there is contact adhesion or long-term disconnection, and to check whether it has excessive wear and other harmful consequences.
Technical Parameters:
1. Dimensions: width(720mm) ×depth(600mm) ×height(1650mm), frame color is dark gray, and lateral plate is light gray. On the top of device is operational control panel, top part of the control panel has control power switch, multi-meter of current, voltage, power, frequency display, load source output switch, indictors, currency(power) optional switch, alarmer and etc. There are voltage output adjustment knob on the below part of front panel. Tungsten lamp loading groups, AC contactors, relays and etc are built-in the load cabinet. The lower part of the cabinet has connection terminals, which can connect the load to sample by wires.

1) Power supply: single-phase with ground cable: AC220±10%/60Hz.
2) Digital display voltmeter:measuring range 0～300V, precision±0.5%±2d.
3) Digital display ammeter:measuring range 0～40A, precision±0.5%±2d.
4) Digital display wattmeter:measuring range 0～9KW, precision±0.5%±2d.
5) Loading method: Built-in 3 groups of multiple 200W halogen lamps combination, cyclically energized.
6) Output channel:1 channel.
7) Load power capacity:7.5KVA.
8) Maximum output current is 20A,when current exceeds 22A, the machine will cut off load outputting automatically.
9) Maximum output voltage is 300V, when exceeds 305V the machine will cut load outputting automatically.
10) Lamp combination:the power of each lamp is 200W, 1/2/3/4/10/10 lamps can be combined.
11) Counter:0～999999 times , can be preset.
12) Long adhesive protection function:Upper limited time 0～99S can be set.
13) Usage ambient temperature:5～40℃, relative humidity:(20～90)%RH, ambient environment air pressure:80～106kpa, no severe vibration, no vibration, no electromagnetic interference, no dust, no explosive, np corrosive gas, with good heat dissipation environment.
