QL500 GC used hydrogen generator is used to generate 99.999% purity hydrogen for gas chromatography (GC) both as a carrier gas and as a fuel for flame ionisation detectors (FID) or flame photometric detectors (FPD). It is ideal equipment to replace regular gas cylinders in lab.QL hydrogen laboratory gas generator is the solution of choice for on-site production.
QL500 GC used hydrogen generator adopt SPE/PEM technology-top tech in the world. PEM full name is Proton Exchange Membrane. Also called SPE technology ( solid polymer electrolyte).QL series hydrogen generator is our patented products, which are light , highly effective , energy-saving and of environmental protection , producing extremely pure hydrogen (>99.999%) through the electrolysis of pure water (without adding alkali).
The SPE electrodes, as the core of the product , are highly active catalytic electrode with nearly zero distance between the electrodes , which is formed by integrating composite catalyst with and ion membrane with high electrolytic efficiency.
