■ Working Principal

When the filter tank is just put into operation, the filter material layer is relatively clean, but when it runs for a certain period of time, due to the gradual increase of solid particles in the filter material layer, the head loss also increases, and the water level slows down along the siphon riser. Slowly rise. When the head loss increases to a certain extent, the water level in the siphon riser rises to the nozzle of the siphon auxiliary pipe, and the water flows down rapidly from the auxiliary pipe, relying on the air entrainment and ejection of the water flow. The air in the siphon tube is continuously taken away through the suction tube, so that the siphon tube forms a vacuum, and the water in the siphon rising tube passes over the top of the tube in a large amount and falls along the siphon down tube. At this time, the backwashing process begins.
