Application
The DT belt dewatering machine is mainly used for the dewatering of residual sludge or mixed sludge in the biochemical treatment of municipal sewage to reduce its volume to facilitate further landfill, incineration and other treatments. It can be applied to water supply, drainage, papermaking, etc. Dewatering of sludge in various industries such as foundry, leather, textile, chemical, food, etc.
Structure and Working Principle
The equipment tensions the upper and lower filter belts through a series of rollers and drums. The sludge sandwiched between the filter belt shear force continuously squeezes the free water in the sludge to complete the mud-water separation process. . The dehydration process is generally divided into three stages: gravity dehydration section, wedge pre-press section, medium and high shear dehydration section.

Main Features
1. The stepless adjustment of the motor drive can adjust the running speed at any time, and the adaptability is strong.

4. The gravity dewatering section is inclined, and the static head of the sludge is enlarged, which can enhance the dewatering effect and make the sludge fully thickened before pressing.
5. The whole machine has a compact structure, automatic correction of the filter belt, low operating noise, low power consumption, low dosage, good dehydration effect, and low operating cost.
Packing and Delivery
1. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
2. The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a professional shipping department, they will try their best to save your container quantity.
