Application

The CQ9-II semi-immersed turntable micro filtration device is one of the most advanced filters in the world. At present, 700 sewage plants around the world adopt this technology. It has good treatment effect, high effluent quality, and stable equipment operation.

Structure and Working Principle

The semi-immersed turntable filter consists of a central rotating drum, a disc, a backwash system and a supporting electrical control system. The turntable is fixed around the center drum and has a communication hole with the center drum. The raw water (sewage) flows out of the filter disc through the central rotating drum. The filter screen is a 316L stainless steel mesh with a minimum filter pore size of 10μm. After the raw water is filtered through the filter screen, the clean water flows into the pool. As the filtration progresses, the trapped impurities inside the filter continue to increase, the filter pressure difference increases, and the amount of water passing through the filter decreases. When the impurities accumulate to a certain extent, the liquid level of the filter tank drops to the set value, and the backwash device starts to operate to backwash out the impurities accumulated inside the filter cloth. After flushing, the sewage impurities are sucked into the sewage pipe and then discharged outside the device. During backwashing, the turntable rotates until the filter screen has been cleaned, the backwashing stops, and the static filtering process is re-entered to cycle operation.

Packing and Delivery

1. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.

2. The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a professional shipping department, they will try their best to save your container quantity.
