Main Features
1. High voltage discharge generator
This kind of ozonator uses a high-frequency power supply system to produce ozone by electrochemical reaction of oxygen molecules in or around the electric field. The ozone generator has the advantages of mature technology, stable operation, long service life
and large ozone output, so it is the most widely used ozone generator in relevant industries at home and abroad.
2. Ozone safe cooling mode
When the ozonator works, it will produce a lot of heat energy, which needs to be cooled, otherwise the ozone will decompose while being produced due to high temperature. The water-cooled generator has good cooling effect, stable operation, no attenuation of ozone, and can work continuously for a long time.
3. Ozone generator discharge technology
Quartz tube is most often used by some high-performance ozone generators because of its high dielectric constant, uniform wall thickness, good ovality, high temperature resistance, humidity resistance and other characteristics. Ceramic plates are brittle,which is only suitable for some small generators. The wall thickness and ovality of ceramic tubes are not easy to control and areprone to uneven discharge, so they are not used much. Glass tube and enamel tube have low dielectric constant, poor high temperature resistance and easy to crack.
working principle
When the gas containing oxygen passes through the discharge gap between the two electrodes, some oxygen molecules (O2) will be converted into ozone (O3) to realize ozone preparation. When there is a changing high voltage on the high-voltage electrode, a micro discharge will be generated at the discharge gap between the electrodes, and the oxygen molecules will be decomposed into free state oxygen atom o, and some free state oxygen atoms will recombine with the undissolved oxygen molecules to generate ozone(O3), that is, O + O2 = O3, which is called "corona discharge" or "silent discharge".
In fact, only a part of the electric energy applied to the electrode is used to prepare ozone, and heat will be generated during the preparation process. It is necessary to effectively cool the ozone generation module through cooling water. The ozone preparation process is significantly affected by the quality of feed gas and the temperature of cooling water. The lower the temperature, the higher the ozone preparation efficiency.
