pressure of various materials, a reverse osmosis method greater than the osmotic pressure can be used for a certain solution to achieve the purpose of separation, extraction, purification and concentration of the solution. The reverse osmosis device is mainly used to separate the ion range in the solution. It does not need heating and has no phase change process. Therefore, it consumes less energy than the traditional method. The reverse osmosis device has small volume, simple operation and wide application range. Using reverse osmosis device to treat industrial water does not consume a large amount of acid and alkali, has no secondary pollution, and its operation cost is relatively low.
Process description
1. raw water tank
Store raw water for settling large sediment particles and other precipitable substances in the water. At the same time, it can buffer the impact of unstable water pressure in the raw water pipe on the water treatment system. (e.g. pressure sensing response caused by too low or too high water pressure).
2. raw water pump
Constant system water supply pressure and stable water supply.
3. multi media filter
The filter with multiple filter layers is mainly used to remove sediment, rust, colloidal substances, suspended solids and other substances with particles above 20um in the raw water. Manual valve control or full-automatic controller can be used for a series of operations such as backwashing and forward flushing. Ensure the water production quality of the equipment and prolong the service life of the equipment.
4. activated carbon filter
The system adopts a nut shell activated carbon filter. The activated carbon can not only adsorb electrolyte ions, but also carry out ion exchange adsorption. The activated carbon adsorption can also reduce the oxygen demand (COD) of potassium permanganate from 15mg/l (O2) to 2 ~ 7mg/l (O2). In addition, the adsorption increases the concentration of adsorbed replication on the surface, which also plays a catalytic role in removing pigments, odors, a large number of biochemical organics, reducing the residual chlorine value and pesticide pollutants in the water, and removing trihalides (THM) and other pollutants in the water. 5. sodium ion softener

6. precision filter
The precision filter is used to remove the residual suspended solids, non curved particles, colloids and other substances in the influent water, making the operation of RO system and other subsequent equipment safer and more reliable. The filter element is a 5um melt blown filter element, which is designed to remove impurities larger than 5um leaked from the upper filter unit. Prevent it from entering the reverse osmosis device to damage the surface of the membrane, thus damaging the desalination performance of the membrane.
7. reverse osmosis system
The reverse osmosis device uses sufficient pressure to separate the solvent (generally water) in the solution through the reverse osmosis membrane (or semi permeable membrane). Because this process is opposite to the direction of natural osmosis, it is called
