Features:

1 automatic sweeping and ignition;

2 electric furnace heating power 0 ~ 1000W continuous adjustable;

3 the heating wire is protected by transparent quartz tube, without open fire, explosion-proof, and fast heating speed;

4 the instrument adopts a metal crucible with a depth of 47mm, a diameter of 64mm at the upper mouth and a diameter of 38mm at the lower mouth. There is a scale at 3.2mm below the cup mouth. The metal crucible must not be heated by sand bath or other open fire, and must be supported in the thermal insulation liquid bath to ensure safety.

5 gauge: the thickness is 3.2mm, and there are two 3.2mm ± 0.25mm protrusions under it. There are two small holes with diameters of 4.0mm and 0.8mm at 3.2mm from the bottom.

6 thermal insulation bath: made of copper. For those with flash point lower than 79.5 ℃, the water tank can be used directly. For those with flash point higher than 79.5 ℃, the 1:1 mixture of water and ethylene glycol is used as the medium.
