Based on our sales data, market research, and current buyer behavior, we forecast our demand for each model and hold enough stock in the right place, so that we can deliver orders on time. YADAS IOT PRODUCTION LINE
I. Mass Production Process
Yadas IoT has over one decade of experience in manufacturing. In order to reduce labor costs & lead time, and to increase efficiency, Yadas IoT adopted mass production of products, which breaks the manufacture of the solar camera into steps that are completed in a pre-defined sequence. It is not a problem to get laborers to work for us, because unskilled workers can be trained to perform specific tasks in a short time.
Our production line typically uses a design for assembly (DFA) approach to analyze a model to determine the assembly order and identify issues that can affect each task. We have many jobs to be categorized as either manual, robotic, or automatic, such as IQC inspection, PCB board assembling, automated robot dispensers, automatic screw machine, parts assembling, solar panel assembling, packaging, labeling, etc. Those tasks are assigned to each individual station along the manufacturing plant floor. And the tasks are retraceful, so that we can evaluate their performance on each individual station.
II. Automated Assembly Line
We realize that automated assembly lines are by machines with minimal human supervision. Automation is key to improving producibility and accuracy and minimizing human error. We use automated robot dispensers and automatic screw machines to replace labor to finish the task. And we will use more advanced tools to improve efficiency and minimize human error.
III. 5S Implementation
Yadas IoT follows the 5S Guide to improve the efficiency of our production line with effective organization. We believe those five key practices involved in 5S, which are Sort, Set In Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain are a good systematic form of visual management. We uniform bins and racking, remove what's unnecessary, organize items, clean, perform maintenance, and make sure those things become habits.
With the guideline of the 5S, our production lines are organized in order. Tools and materials are placed in logical locations based on who needs them, how frequently they're needed, etc. Spaces are cleaned regularly. We believe using 5S ultimately makes processes safer and more efficient.
Summary
Yadas IoT has 4 production lines to manufacture different kinds of solar cameras. After implementing the 5S, Yadas IoT standardizes the workplace and arranges items to promote efficient workflow. YADAS IOT'S INNOVATIONS 2023 - WiFi / 4G Solar Floodlight PTZ Camera
In response to the demanding requests for solar cameras with lights from customers, some factories improve the solar CCTV camera with more pcs of warm LEDs and put those LEDs aside from the solar PTZ camera. However, those warm lights have lower luminance and they don't solve the customers' problem. YADAS engineer team works hard on providing good solutions to customers--1500lumen Solar Floodlight PTZ Camera. Here are some outstanding characteristics of our innovation.
I. A Perfect Combination With Solar PTZ Camera And 150W Solar Lighting
This all-in-one solar floodlight camera is ideal for driveways and backyards. When detecting motion, it shines up to 150W of 6500K white light on large spaces. Featuring a 1500 lumens floodlight, this security camera can illuminate the surrounding 65ft range. In this way, this solar security camera has excellent color night vision and can capture reality with a clear picture or video even on dark nights.
It is a more thoughtful way to replace your outdated security lights or camera with this solar floodlight PTZ camera, a motion-activated 4MP HD camera with 1500 lumen of new light. The dark night is no longer easy to hide criminals and their criminal behaviors.
II. Solar LED Street Lamp That Automatically Adjusts The Brightness
In order to solve the technical problem of the short battery life of the existing solar LED camera when the power is low, Yadas IoT engineer team worked days and nights in the technical field of automatic control. We developed light control IC, where embedded with intelligent light control software.
The technical design of the measurement unit makes the brightness automatically adjust based on the remaining power. Our invention achieves the technical effects of automatic charging control methods, automatic battery power measurement, automatic voltage regulation, and dimming.
With Yadas IOT's self-developed intelligent lighting control management and circuit design, when the 19,200 mAh battery capacity is fully charged, the solar LED street lamp camera can work continuously for 17 hours. If the solar floodlight camera is triggered 50 times a day and the working time is 15 seconds each time, it can work for 30 days with a full charge. With the power supply of 8W solar panels, it can ensure that the equipment will never be powered off.
III. Ultra-High Compatibility With a Wide Voltage Range of 5V-20V
There are some complaints from the market that the cameras will get damaged when charging with a solar panel without a voltage regulator board. However, adding the voltage regulator board inside the solar panel limits the amount of energy that is injected into the battery. It will greatly lengthen the recharging time of the battery.
Yadas IoT engineer team adopts a high-end charging IC to the main board, develops intelligent charging management, and resigns the circuit design to make the board compatible with solar panels with a wide voltage range of 5V-20V and the new model solar camera can work with up to 30W solar panel. With ultra-high compatibility, the charging efficiency is greatly improved. Customers will no longer worry about devices being damaged by charging the device with a 12V adapter.
