Application:

This Automated Solar Cell IV Tester is used for automatic testing and result recording of electrical performance parameters of monocrystalline and polycrystalline silicon solar modules through upper lighting method. It's an inseperable part of a solar panel production line.

  • Customized load board, compatible with various battery types such as PERC, TOPCon, HJT, SUNPOWER, and IBC, including MBB, half-cut, stacked cells, and thin-film battery modules, ensuring comprehensive electrical performance evaluation.
  • High-efficiency Upper Lighting Solar Module Simulator, designed with a direct light structure to simulate real solar irradiation conditions accurately.
  • Supports Upper Lighting IV Tester configurations, allowing flexible side/top illumination installation based on on-site requirements.
  • Covers the full spectrum range of 300-1200nm, ensuring precise solar simulation.
  • Adjustable pulse width from 10ms to 150ms, optimizing the conditions for I-V Curve measurement and performance testing.

The equipment meets the top spectral standards in the industry:

1. A+A+A+ performance; The Upper Lighting Solar Module Simulator's three core performance indicators of unevenness, spectral matching, and light intensity stability all exceed industry standards.

2. Full spectrum; The spectral range meets the requirements of 300-1200nm, achieving full spectrum testing of high-efficiency silicon batteries and greatly improving testing accuracy.

3. Four wire connection and a high-speed data acquisition system, ensuring the accuracy of solar cell current measurement.

4. I-V Curve Measurement: Infrared non-contact temperature measurement accurately measures the temperature of components, ensuring the accuracy of temperature correction.
