Single Axis Solar PV Tracker Long Lifetime
Working principle:
Single axis solar PV tracker orient the solar panels towards the sun to absorb maximum solar energy throughout the day. Our tracking system is designed to literally follow sun’s position at every minute, hour, and day, manual adjustment is not necessary.
In traditional fixed type plants, the power output follows a bell curve during the day, it gradually increases until peaking at noon, then begin to decrease. However, in single axis solar tracker plant, we get the maximum power from early morning and this output is maintained until late afternoon. Hence, the performance will be increased of approximately 25% as compared to the fixed PV installation.
Functions:
1. System check function
Real-time display of the current working status of the system;
2. Power off protection function
The system data can be saved without loss after power failure.
3. High function of extreme weather monitoring
When encountering extreme weather, the system will automatically judge and execute the corresponding evasive action to protect the safety of the bracket and components;
4. Backtracking function
Reduces shading and maximizes power generation;
5. Night reset function
At night, the components are restored to the initial maximum wind resistance state, and the errors caused by the day's operation are eliminated to ensure the accuracy of the entire tracking system;
