The HDPE / PP double wall corrugated pipe is widely used as a drain pipe. The new production line is equipped with a high-performance single-screw extruder and a horizontal structure forming machine with shuttle drive, sealed water-cooling, online flaring, high degree of automation, stable operation, and large output. With a number of patented technologies, our production line is capable of producing high-quality HDPE double wall corrugated pipes.
Our PE / PP double wall corrugated pipe production line is designed to produce single-walled, double-wall, and three-wall corrugated pipe (with Pipe Belling), as well as special-shaped bellows with different shapes and special requirements. With a diameter range of 90-1200mm, our production line can produce high-quality pipes that meet various industry specifications.
