APPLICATION
Be able to applied to welding of small cable wire or other copper wire connection.
FEATURE
1. The number of charge-discharge times reaches 124 per minute. (setting as 100V). High speed charge-discharge digital voltage stabilizing circuit.
2. Double overpressure protection circuit which can ensure the charging voltage will not exceed the preset security standard so as to protect the capacitors.
3. Built-in and preset the discharging security time is 0.1s.
4. Quick logical circuit which can ensure the machine will start working only when the discharging voltage reaches the preset data. Under such circumstances, when the machine is conducting high frequency welding, the welding effect will not be influenced when the discharging work does not reach preset data.
5. Precise digital circuit which can control and stabilize the voltage within ±0.5%.

DESCRIPTION
Capacitor discharge welding machine adopts capacitor to store energy and to release instantaneous current. Also, it concentrates large current to pass through a small point and then achieves welding effect (welding process passes through thousands of ampere current within 1/1000 second of time).
