Welding Machine
Adopt 130KVA Medium frequency inverter DC spot welding machine . It adopts the latest generation of medium frequency inverter welding controller, it has many advantages such as short power-on time, high thermal efficiency, three-phase DC output, high working frequency and small transformer loss.This automatic nut welding machine with automatic feeding system is using the magnetic field vibration principle to select the nut, then the nut will be transported to the setting position. The machine will conduct welding automatically.
Nuts Automatic Feeding System
The nuts will be placed in the vibrative plate. Through the vibrating process, cam transmission, selection, lining up, the nuts will enter into distributor. And the nut will enter into welding position and being welded one by one through distributor.
Feature
1) The vibration plate is designed to equip with the function of preventing the nut turning back and noise;
2) High speed of sorting function to ensure the feeding speed of nut;
3) Use multidigit sensor to form the full closed-loop automatic function. This can ensure the reliability of the machine;
4) The moving parts are made of special material to ensure low transporting friction while lower the production cost.
5) Any shape of the nut could be achieved automatic feeding.
6) In automobile and its parts, many of the work pieces is connected through nuts or bolts. Nowadays, many welding equipment has defection in welding nuts, so our company designed this fixed spot welding machine with nuts/bolts automatic feeding system. This design could perfectly tackle the problems of the nut feeding process and achieve automatic feeding process. This machine could be used for the whole production line.
