DESCRIPTION

Description:

This machine adopts capacitor discharge power source and is equipped with special manual feeding system. It is specialized in producing ladder-shaped towel rack. Besides, the welding spots are guaranteed to be sealed.

Feature:

Welding Method: Adpot capacitor discharge welding machine with XY axis moving feeder.

Locating Mode: The bigger tube is clamped in the Groove R of the bottom mould while the smaller tube is clamped and located on the top.

Electrode Mode: Since this work piece is circular tube, then the upper and lower electrodes both adopt the mosaic structure with R. The top electrode adopts floating terminal device to ensure the smoothness of the welding surface.

Feeding Mode: The operator could conduct feeding on both sides at the same time. Welding on the left while feeding on the right. Optimize the welding efficiency.

Application:

Welding of various kinds of steam towel rack and other identical products.
