Square Cone Mixer/Blender For Medical Industry
SCM series square cone mixer is a novel material mixer widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, metallurgy, food, light industry, feed and other industries. The machine can mix powder or granules very evenly to achieve the best results after mixing.
Product Feature
1. The machine is a high-tech product of machinery and electricity. Its design of driver and PLC control makes it to be controlled conveniently and easily. In addition, its technical parameters can be adjusted conveniently due to the design.
2. The machine is of sensitive control system, compact structure and stable operation.
3. Hoppers of different specifications can be optional for a single machine. Material after mixing will not be output but be turned to the next process directly after hopper with material is dismantled from the revolving arm. By doing so, the mixer efficiency can be highly improved. Besides, material cross-contamination can also be avoided. Therefore, the machine complies with requirements of GMP absolutely.
4. The mixing evenness and material loading coefficient can reach over 99% and 0.8 respectively. In addition, the mixer is smooth and have no dead ends internally and externally.
5. After mixing of every batch of medicine, the workshop can still keep sanitary.
