Bimetal composite wear-resisting steel plate is composed of low carbon steel plate and alloy wear-resisting layer, and the anti-wear layer generally accounts for 1/3-1/2 of the total thickness. When working, the matrix provides comprehensive properties such as strength, toughness and plasticity to resist external forces, and the wear-resisting layer provides wear-resisting properties to meet the requirements of specified working conditions.
Wear-resisting steel plate alloy wear-resisting layer and matrix is metallurgical bonding. The number of composite layers is from one layer to two layers and even several layers.
