Knitted Wire Mesh use stainlesss steel wire as raw material, is typically made from a single or double wire that is knitted to form a spring like & flexible wire mesh of interlocking loops much like hockey socks or sweaters are made. Knitted Wire Mesh is a high strength and flexible material that has unlimited uses and applications in many industries.
Knitted wire mesh is a highly adaptable and configurable material offering superior functionality in a variety of applications. Knitted in a circular pattern resembling a tube sock, its interlocking-loop construction gives it tremendous strength and resiliency while allowing it to be pliable and to conform to almost any size, shape or density requirements. Because it can be made from any metal, plastic or fiberglass thread or wire, its physical characteristics can be tailored and tweaked to meet any operating environment requirements.
These knitted meshes mainly serve the following industries: cleaning of the filter, plastic and die, mufflers, shock absorber mounts, soundproof generator pad, air conditioning humidifier pad, to capture the flame of the wireless signal shielding, sealing in harsh environments.
