Twilled weave stainless steel wire mesh/cloth is producing square openings, it can be made from larger diameter wire than plain weave wire mesh. Twilled weave is the most commonly wire mesh used in the filtration and separation industries. Square aperture, less rigid than plain weave, especially suitable for deforming, strong wire cloth due to ratio of wire diameter and aperture, it is mostly used for filtration less than 63 μm .
For twilled weave,wire diameters of warp and weft are the same size, and each warp wire passes alternately over two and then under two weft wire, and each weft wire passes over/under two warp wire.Twilled weave means Wire Cloth in which each warp wire and each shute wire passes successively over and under the two adjacent wires -- in both the warp and shute directions. This over and under movement is shifted one wire with each pass of the shuttle. This pattern permits the weaving of heavier wires in varying mesh.
Fuhang Company can offer twilled weave wire mesh in standard specifications, apertures range from 0.025 mm to 0.49 mm, while wire diameters range from 0.015 mm to 0.3 mm, and manufacture width is up to 2 m. The wire mesh standard materials are grade 304 and grade 316 stainless steel.

Stainless steel T 300 series : Grade 304, Grade 304L, Grade 316, Grade 316L, Grade 321
