1. Crimped Wire Mesh Sheet

Crimped Screen Wire Mesh is available in different wire diameters, mesh opening and open area. This is widely used for various applications such as screening, sizing, grading, shifting, separating, scalping and washing. This wire mesh can be also custom designed in case plungers and vibrating rods are needed to insert for protection against tearing. It is installed above rubber beads to avoid metal to metal contacts. Epoxy Color painted screen has the property of corrosion resistance.

2. Weaving style:

1)  DOUBLE CRIMP WIRE CLOTH

Both warp and shute wires are crimped at the point of intersection to keep the wires in position. The double crimp wire cloth wires are not crimped before weaving. The corrugation or depression that is crimped into both the warp and shute wires is a result of the having a plain weave pattern calls for each shute wire to pass over and under successive rows of warp wires and vice versa, like interlacing fingers.

2) INTER-CRIMP WIRE CLOTH

Woven wire cloth with an extra crimp in both warp and fill wire. Both the warp and shute wires are crimped with extra crimps or corrugations between the points of intersection. This technique is usually required when weaving large openings with fine wires.

3) LOCK CRIMP WIRE CLOTH

A refinement of the pre-crimp technique. The crimping of the warp and shute wires is done in such a manner to actually 'lock' the wires together at their point of intersection, offering further assurance of no wire movement.

3. Mateirial Use

#65 Mn steel screen mesh is made from high tensile temper 65 Mn steel, best material for screen mesh in china. Mn-steel wedge wire is used of embedded (Mn65-Q) method of weaving. Warp and weft point is not outstanding, the surface is smooth, even by force. 65 Mn steel screen mesh has high quality ductility and toughness. When with the strong shock friction, the surface will have a strong work-hardening due to the plastic deformation. And the surface hardness can be increased to more than HRC60 so that it can obtain the high wear resistance. While the infernal remains high plasticity and toughness. When the old surface of the wear and tear, the new surface will form a wear-resistant layer with a long life.
