Gas Dust-removing filter cartridge is made of stainless steel non-woven fiber by sintered and then processed to be.Usually,sintered fiber felt has one layer or two layers protective mesh as the support layer to increase the strength of the filter cartridge.Or a perforated tube is added to the inner of the sintered fiber felt filter cartridge to meet the requirements of high strength.
The traditional dust-removing method is to send the high temperature gas into the non-metal filter bags after processing in cooling system. Compared with the traditional filter bags,the hot gas dust-removing filter element has the advantages that resistant to high temperature,high strength,wear resistance,reusable etc.
