1.Description of gluten making machine

In wheat starch production line, B starch and active protein separated in 3-phase horizontal screw centrifuge is sent to wash in gluten washing drum sieve. In general, washed gluten after 2 or 3 tandem washing is sent to dehydration then.

Working Principle of gluten washing drum sieve
Wheat flour paste kneaded by dough mixer or other method is sent into rotary drum by feeding device, rolling forward in the drum and completely washed by spray system. There doesn’t exists mesh at the early stage of the drum, while little-size gluten wouldn’t leak and would be rolled to mass.
