Rubber tyred container gantry crane (referred to as yard bridges) are used in ports, terminals, logistics and other container yards or transit stations for the handling and loading of international standard containers. It is supported on pneumatic rubber tyres and is often powered by diesel generators, but can also be powered by cable reels, lithium batteries etc.
It consists of a large trolley mechanism, a trolley assembly, a gantry, a power system and a special container spreader.
The design, manufacture and inspection implement the latest domestic and international standards such as FEM, DIN, IEC, AWS and GB.
RTG model has various functions, high efficiency, stability and reliability, wide operating range, good manoeuvr ability, low sensitivity to ground unevenness, convenient use, maintenance and servicing, and the most important feature is that it can travel straight and sideways, steer 0-90 degrees and turn in place.
With perfect safety instructions and overload protection devices to ensure the maximum safety of the operator and equipment. The electric drive adopts the unique technology of full digital AC frequency conversion and PLC control speed regulation, with flexible control and high precision.
