Introduction

Our company provides chrome steel balls with a size range of 15.875 mm-82.55 mm and an accuracy grade of G 10-G 200. Especially the 22.225mm-82.55mm large-size high-precision chrome steel ball is our main product. XMEC chrome steel balls have perfect precision and outstanding performance. Surface roughness, appropriate hardness, excellent wear resistance. According to customer requirements, steel balls can be produced according to Chinese standards GB/T 308, ISO 3290, ANSI/ABMA, JIS and DIN 5401, etc.
GCr15 steel is a representative steel of high-carbon chromium bearing steel with good overall performance. After quenching and tempering, the hardness is high and uniform, and the wear resistance and contact fatigue resistance are high, good thermal workability. After spheroidizing annealing, it has good workability, but it is sensitive to the formation of white spots.
