Introduction
Our company offer AISI 52100 chrome steel balls which are used in the ball and roller bearing industry and for a variety of automobile applications. These chrome steel balls have excellent surface quality. They offer superior wear resistance, high hardness and high load bearing capacity as a result of through-hardening.
1. These high precision ball bearings are hot forged from bar stock. Great for applications where there will be extreme rotation.
2. Modern furnaces with precisely controlled atmospheres and temperatures are used for heat treating to assure uniform hardness and proper microstructure for each steel ball.
3. Ball hardness is controlled within the 60-63 HRC range as measured on parallel flat surfaces. The steel balls come lightly lubricated to keep their perfect polish.
