We mainly produce forged steel balls,cast iron balls , steel cylpebs, grinding rods, mill liners, steel, hammer heads, automatic production lines for steel balls $ grinding rods, decorative wrought iron products and paper=making machinery. Our products having been produced strictly according to the ISO9001:2005 quality stadard and are mainly used in mines, cement plants, building materials ,poer stations, chemical induetry and steel mills, well sold across China and exported to the United States,Chile, the UK, South Korea etc.countries. Our factory is committed to breaking down the conventional production process, adhering to connotative development and focusing on the transformation and upgrading. We have independently developed full-automatic hot rolling production liners,rolling forging big ball production line,advanced heat processing lines and continuous tempering production lines. We have advanced casting and forging production facilities, a full inspection system, well educated professionals and an experienced management team.
Our company can produce 20-150mm of low, medium and high chromium alloy cast balls. We use large angle steel, high-quality scrap steel and other materials and add chromium, manganese, vanadium, titanium, rare earth metals, etc. according to different product needs, so that the product has high hardness, low wear, strong toughness, and less broken. the surface hardness of the sphere will be further improved, and the wear resistance will be enhanced during use. It is widely used in powder equipment and ultra-fine deep processing in cement building materials, metal mines, coal slurry thermal power, chemical engineering, ceramic coatings, light work papermaking, magnetic materials and other industries.
Product advantages
1. Product diameter 20-150mm, support customization, impact toughness up to 12-35J/cm2, crushing rate is less than 0.5% (forging ball national standard YB/T091-2005 crushing rate ≤ 1%), stable quality, high hardness, good hardenability, dense metallographic structure, fine grains, good wear resistance, and abrasion is half of cast balls.
2. High hardness, no breakage, no loss of roundness. The raw material of the forging ball is round steel fixed by the steel mill, so the forging ball has all the advantages of steel and becomes a high-quality machine-milled ball after heat treatment.
