Base Tube Material:
Monel 400 (UNS N04400), is one solid solution Nickel Copper Alloy, this material can be hardened only by cold working(drawing or rolling). It has reasonable strength and toughness over a wide temperature range and excellent resistance to lots of corrosive environments. UNS N04400 is widely used in many fields, especially marine and chemical processing.
