1. Product Description

3.Application
Type I is generally used in trucks. It is used to stabilize the chassis and frame of trucks. Leaf springs, for example, are connected by U-shaped bolts.
U-type bolts are widely used. They are mainly used in building installation, mechanical fittings connection, vehicles, ships, bridges, tunnels, railways, etc.
The installation steps of U-shaped bolts are as follows: providing a U-shaped claw with four claws;
Providing two U-shaped claws; providing a counterweight block; providing four U-shaped brackets; plastics material for the U-shaped claw is injected into the mold; when assembling, the U-shaped claw is attached to the U-shaped claw, and four U-shaped brackets are attached to the U-shaped claw. The U-shaped bracket is fixed on the four claws of the U-shaped claw, guides the pipe clamp and makes the U-shaped bracket close to the counterweight block. The U-shaped claw is used to clamp the U-shaped chuck and the counterweight fast, and then the U-shaped chuck and the counterweight block are fixed by welding method. The U-shaped claw tooling device of the invention has the advantages of simple processing, low cost, no influence on production line assembly with the size fluctuation of components, and can better meet the requirements of welding assembly.
