Hot rolled pickling plate is hot tied plate coil after laser welding, stretching straightening, turbulent pickling, online leveling, edge cutting, online oiling and other procedures to get the product. The primary purpose of pickling is to remove the oxide from the surface of the hot rolled sheet and make it easy to weld, grease and paint. Generally speaking, the pickling process does not change the mechanical properties of hot rolled sheet, but improves its surface properties, so the requirements of pickling sheet (mainly surface properties, cold bending or stamping properties) are between hot rolled sheet and cold rolled sheet. At present, pickling plate can be compatible with part of the hot rolled plate (relatively superior surface performance) and cold rolled plate (relatively cheap) demand, such as automotive chassis system, wheels, cab plate, part of the general machinery, compressor housing, chemical oil drums and so on.
Hot rolled plate
Hot rolled coil is made from slab (mainly continuous casting slab) and heated by roughing mill and finishing mill. From finishing the last hot steel strip mill out through laminar flow cooling to the set temperature, which consists of the winder coil, steel coil after cooling, according to the different needs of users, with different finishing line (flat, straightening, transverse or longitudinal cutting, inspection, weighing, packaging and logo, etc.) and become a steel plate, flat roll and longitudinal cutting steel strip products. Because hot rolled steel products have high strength, good toughness, easy processing and good weldability and other excellent properties, so it is widely used in shipbuilding, automobile, bridge, construction, machinery, pressure vessel and other manufacturing industries.
With the development of new technologies such as size precision, shape and surface quality of hot rolling and the coming out of new products, hot rolling plate and strip products have been widely used and become more and more competitive in the market.
