Main processing method

(2) Rolled (reinforced or embossed) surface: Because it is not annealed, it is sometimes only used in the state of degreasing cold rolling, mainly used as springs and high-strength materials, and the embossing of rollers with unevenness is also the same kind. Hardened material for spring 1/2H (1/2 hardening) 310HV or more 3/4H (3/4 hardening) 370HV or more H (full hardening) 430HV or EH (special hardening) 490HV or more The pre-painting process must be done during the first layer processing, followed by the primer coating. The surface coating uses silicon-modified acrylic paint, silicon-denatured polyester paint, fluorine paint, and silicon paint. (4) Electroplating: Stainless steel itself has excellent corrosion resistance, so electroplating is rarely used to improve corrosion resistance, but sometimes electroplating has to be used for decoration. When electroplating stainless steel, the passive film is first removed and its regeneration must be prevented.
