L Type Finned Tube for Heat Exchanger
Would L-type finned tube can increase the surface area or internal standard area of its heat exchange tube, which can also achieve the goal of improving the heat transfer efficiency of the finned tube. Would L-type finned tube is a wear-resistant, new and efficient heat exchange material. It is an efficient and energy-saving heat exchange component during use. The equipment mainly uses high-frequency power as the heat source to effectively heat the steel pipe and strip simultaneously, which will melt and weld them together into a whole. Would L-type finned tube has the advantages of high heat transfer efficiency and large heat dissipation area, long service life of the entire product, and wide temperature range adaptation.
The installation of finned tubes is simple and economical, reducing the number of connection points, making equipment installation more economical and efficient. To some extent, it also reduces the probability of water leakage at the connection points. Product maintenance is simple, and after installation is completed, there is basically no need for further maintenance. The use efficiency of finned tubes is high. During the production process, the steel pipe and fins are effectively wound and fully welded, and the heat dissipation area is more than 8 times that of bare tubes. The interior of the product will be smoother and the resistance of the internal water flow is relatively small.
