AV Fistula(AVF) needles, also known as dialysis needles, are used to draw blood from the patient’s body through arterial or veins, make filtration by using the dialysis machine, then infuse filtered blood back to the patient's body. AV Fistula needles are key components of the blood dialysis process, which is a safe and efficient choice. These needles have various kinds of types and sizes to meet different patient demands and clinical situations. An oval or round back-eye is provided on all needles as an extra opening for better blood flowing and complications minimizing like bleeding and infection.
Our company specialize in various kinds of high-grade stainlss steel semi-finished needle tubes, such as back-eye flstula needles, injection needles, hypodermic needles, insulin needles, blood collection needles, blunt needles, dental needles and so on. As for fistula needles, the common gauge size is 14G-17G. If the client has requirements for other sizes, we can provide 10G - 34G for selection and customized length. We can also customize needle tubes with different needle tips according to the client's drawings. These medical stainless steel needles are mainly produced by SUS304 material due to the excellent corrosion resistant. All of our medical semi-finished needle tubes are certified by EN ISO13485:2016 international standard. And our factory has class 100,000 purification workshops to assure the cleanliness and safe of needle tubes.
Features Of AVF Needles:
1. Back-Eye: an additional opening on the tip's back site, called "back eye," maximizing blood flow and reducing the need for rotating the needle.
2. Sharp Bevel: The bevel is the angled needle tip, minimizing resistance to easily penetrate the skin and vessel wall.
3. Blunt-tip Needles: Minimizing complications like bleeding and infection
