YUHONG T11 and T22 alloy tubes are special alloy steel tubes used in high temperature and high pressure applications, primarily in boilers, heat exchangers, and other applications requiring high temperature and pressure resistance.

T11&T22 Alloy Steel Seamless Tube Chemical Composition

1. Overview of hairpin heat exchangers
A hairpin heat exchanger consists of a series of U-shaped or hairpin-shaped tubes in which a fluid flows inside the tube and exchanges heat with another fluid outside the tube. This design allows the heat exchanger to have a high heat transfer efficiency and a small footprint, and is suitable for environments with high temperature, high pressure or corrosive media.
2. Material Advantages
Alloy tube materials such as stainless steel, nickel-based alloys and copper alloys are widely used in hairpin heat exchangers because of their superior physical and chemical properties: High Temperature Resistance: Alloy tubes are able to withstand the high temperature operating conditions commonly found in hairpin heat exchangers, ensuring the safety and stability of the equipment. Corrosion resistance: when dealing with chemical or corrosive fluids, the corrosion resistance of alloy tubes significantly improves the life and reliability of the heat exchanger and reduces maintenance costs.
3. Heat exchange efficiency
The higher thermal conductivity and hydrodynamic properties of alloy tubes enable hairpin heat exchangers to achieve higher efficiency in the heat exchange process. The smoothness of the inner wall of the alloy tube reduces fluid resistance and optimizes flow, further improving heat transfer efficiency.
