Spiral welded pipe: low carbon carbon structural steel or low alloy structural steel strip according to a certain Angle of the spiral line (called forming Angle) rolled into the tube blank, and then welded pipe seam made, it can use a narrower strip to produce large diameter steel pipe. The specifications are denoted by outer diameter * wall thickness. The welded pipe shall ensure that the hydrostatic test, tensile strength and cold bending performance of the weld shall meet the requirements.

Magnetic particle flaw detector: inspection of large diameter steel pipe near surface defects.
Ultrasonic automatic continuous flaw detector: to test transverse and longitudinal defects of full length welds of spiral steel pipes.
Ultrasonic manual flaw detector: reinspection of defect of large diameter steel pipe, inspection of repair welding seam and weld quality after water pressure.
X-ray automatic flaw detection machine and industrial TELEVISION imaging equipment: to test the internal quality of the full length welding seam of spiral steel pipe, sensitivity is not less than 4%.
X-ray film equipment: the original weld and repair weld inspection, sensitivity is not less than 2%.
2200 tons hydraulic press and microcomputer automatic recording system: test the bearing quality of each large diameter steel pipe.
