Control description
Each electrical component is shown in Figure 6-1 and Figure 6-2: Open the ship type switch, energize the device, turn on the temperature control switch, the temperature controller displays the current ambient temperature, the rubber roller motor starts to work, and the hot stamping temperature is set. At 160 degrees, the device starts to heat. After the temperature reaches the set value, the torque knob switch is turned on, and the torque motor starts to work. At this time, the license plate can be hot stamped.
When the equipment is turned off and the torque switch is turned off, it should be noted that the temperature control switch must first lower the hot stamping temperature to less than 60 degrees before turning off the temperature switch, otherwise it will cause damage to the rubber roller, turn off the ship type switch, and shut down.
The new technology solution implemented in this machine reduces its power consumption. Because of this, the stamping machine is an efficient machine of its kind on the market.

Equipment installation
Open the packaging wooden box, take out the packing list in the document data bag, and check whether the main unit, accessories, documents and materials are complete according to the contents of the list.
Place the equipment in a dry environment with an ambient temperature between 10 ° and 40 °, and the power outlet wiring is not less than 2.5 square meters. The power circuit breaker is not less than 20 A. Do not insert the plug after the socket wiring is completed.
Check if the power cord is intact. If it is damaged, replace it in time;
Check if the temperature probe is loose, and the end of the probe is guaranteed to be attached to the rubber roller. Refer to Figure 7-1 for details.
