Growth characteristics
The colony is white and filamentous, producing a large number of black spores black, the reverse side is yellowish brown, the surface of the colony is flat, there are radial grooves, the texture is velvety, and there is a small amount of colorless exudate. Conidial head ball type, diameter 50-80μm; spore stem diameter 10-15μm, smooth wall; apical spheroid, diameter 30-40μm, surface fully fertile; sporulation double layer, stalk base 10-12× 2-3 μm; bottle stem 6-8 × 2-3 μm; conidial sphere type, diameter 3-4 μm, rough wall.
