Vibrating Screen Machine Stone Material Separator Presentation:
The vibrating screen is a filter mechanical separation device for the solid phase treatment of mud, consisting of a screen and a vibrator. The thickness of the screen is shown by eyes. Generally, the mesh of 50 mesh or less is a coarse mesh, and the mesh of 80 mesh or more is a fine mesh. The vibrator is an eccentric wheel that rotates under the motor to vibrate the screen frame. Due to the vibration of the screen frame, the coarser solid particles remain on the screen surface when the mud flows to the screen surface, and are discharged from one end along the slope. The finer solid phase particles and the mud liquid flow through the sieve hole to the mud pool.
Daily maintenance of Stone Vibrating Screener Machines:
1. Before starting: Check whether the coarse mesh and the fine mesh are damaged, and whether each bundle ring is locked
2. At startup: pay attention to whether there is abnormal noise, whether the power supply is stable, and whether the vibration is abnormal.
3. After use: Clean and regular maintenance after each use:
