1. Application
The machine is mainly used for cabling 3 to 7 core wires.It manufactures both back-twist round cable and sector shaped cables without back-twist.Also this type machine can be used for telephone cable,control cable,mine cable,plastic cable and crosslinked cable.Non metal wrapping and metal armoring could be done all the same time with stranding.
2. Advantages
Touch panel with PLC and PROFIRBUS busbar, which realize a well-organized on-and-off, operation and cyclical synchronization of the different motors. DANFOSS converter controls all the AC motors. Advance electrical control, easy operating, and reliable operation.

Since 2006, relying on the care and support of our customers, Baohong Machinery has been devoted to the research and development of wire stranding machine and laying-up machine and has made great improvement. Now we have become the only one factory who can develop the production of the JLK rigid stranding machine series to be an assembly line processing in China, and we also have independently developed the JGB Bow skip stranding lines, the CGB Bow skip type cabling lines and the CLY High speed Cradle type Laying-up lines.
