Main Feature of Rubber Plastic Pipe Winder

This machine is mainly used for winding and packaging of aluminum-plastic composite pipes, cross-linked composite pipes and other plastic hoses.
The machine adopts automatic winding technology and supports adjusting the winding speed and winding method.
Equipped with two discs to achieve continuous winding operations.
It adopts pneumatic operation mode, and the rim part of the winding wheel adopts pneumatic opening and closing design.
Equipped with a ray-type winding frame, which can automatically adjust the winding displacement to ensure orderly winding.
The machine has a compact structure and a high degree of automation.
