1. Description of Door Frame Roll Forming Machine
The Door Frame Roll Forming Machines can be divided into three categories: ordinary door frame forming machines (one-time), door frame half forming machines (adjustable), and fully automatic door frame forming machines.
Door frame semi-forming machine (adjustable) Purpose: anti-theft door or indoor and outdoor door frames. Can be designed and manufactured according to customer requirements.
Compared with the traditional clay brick machine, the door roll frame forming machine can choose industrial waste residues: coal ash, coal gangue, and various tailings as the main raw materials. The door frame roll forming machine adopts the platform mold to vibrate hydraulic pressure forming, the forming cycle is short, and the production efficiency is high.
The use of door frame roll forming machines is more environmentally friendly, more energy-saving, and waste recycling. The door frame roll forming machine uses three bars to press up and down to form at one time, without a brick supporting board.
