Main Features
The lower body and the drying part of the paddy dryer machine cover are made of Masteel's steel plates, steady, corrosion-resistant and long service life;
The drying section adopts a well-designed structure. Compared with the traditional one, the drying layer is of more even and higher drying efficiency;

1. How long have you been in this business?
——We founded in 2014 but grow very fast. Our team members and experts have worked in drying field more than 15 years.
2. What do you think is your biggest advantage?
——We truly consider each customer as top importance and complete each order according to the standard drying project. This greatly helps the customer with convenient service. 3. What is the particular feature of your rice grain dryer machine?
——It adopts a non-auger type which greatly reduces the broken rate and failure rate of a transmission system. Besides, the design of a special larger drying section can increase drying efficiency where customers mostly concerned.
4. What is the material used in your rice grain dryer machine?
——For all parts touching grains, we use Stainless Steel material to increase the wear resistance and service life. This has been proved hundreds times by our end-user customers.
5. What’s the long life of your rice grain dryer machine?
——According to feedbacks from our customers, their machines still run very well, the ones were purchased in 2014, our first products. They also shares that the dryers were maintained regularly as almost well as his car. 6. What about the drying time of your rice grain dryer machine?
——Take our China long rice as an example, it will take about 13 hours from 25% to 14% with a temperature of 70℃. Different grains have particular moisture required for milling. And the local environment temperature and hot air temperature will influence the drying efficiency as well. You are welcomed to share your local grains' requirements, and we can give you suitable suggestions from our technicians.
7. How do you ensure your rice grain dryer machine's quality?
——All front-line service engineers are of over 5 years experience. And we import advanced equipment like laser cutting machines. Each component will be checked and tested by professional technicians after production. For example, the motor will have a power-on test before shipment. Please visit our production line when you are available.
