JB-2015 materials are cold rolled steel, Q235. Cold rolled steel sheet thickness are precision and surface smooth, beautiful, at the same time, it also has a variety of superior mechanical properties.
It upright step are 25mm, 900mm or 1200mm long, 450 and 500mm as depth, 1600mm to 2200mm high, 65kg/layer load capacity, it can match hanger pipes and hooks to display products.
Recommdation size for wall side: 1200x450x2200mm, 6-7 layer per set, upper layer are 1200x400mm or 1200x450mm.
Recommdation size for double side: 1200x450x1600mm, 5-6 layer per side, upper layer are 1200x400mm or 1200x450mm.
Hanger pipes have two size, if customers display some heavy products, like basketsball and dish, big size pipes will be suitable.
Layer Part: 450mm size, standard size are 2 bars.
Brackets Part: 5 hooks design , materials thickness 2.2mm.
Could fit to the plain back panel, perforated back panel. And hanging back panel is easy to assemble.
